As of October 2024, Sea Tank 700B has officially implemented the UAB-Online SaaS platform, using the seagoing module to enhance and streamline maritime operations. With this integration, the terminal will now benefit from the digital SSSCL checklist, part of the ISGOTT 6, alongside other pre-arrival documents, real-time communication between the terminal and incoming vessels and terminal specific documents. All contribute to a seamless workflow that aligns with Sea Tank 700B's commitment to operational excellence and environmental responsibility.
SEA-Tank Terminal is part of the SEA-invest group and operates tank terminals in Belgium and France. In addition to this, the terminals offer logistics services for oil exploration, handling, production and storage, in Senegal and Ivory Coast. The terminals offer state-of-the-art storage and handling infrastructure for mineral and vegetable oil products, liquid fertilisers, molasses, fish oil, bio-fuels, oleochemicals and chemical products. The total capacity of their terminals amounts to more than 3.300.000 m3. Different types of tanks (including mild steel, stainless steel, insulated and heatable, floating roofs, tanks suitable for kosher products, tanks with nitrogen) and sizes (ranging from 200 to 60.000 m³) are available for our customers. All tanks are equipped with dedicated product lines and pumps to avoid any contamination.
The adoption of UAB-Online’s seagoing module offers considerable advantages for Sea Tank 700B and its stakeholders. This digital solution allows seagoing vessels to announce their arrival and coordinate with the terminal through a unified platform, which standardised processes and reduces the risk of human error. The digital SSSCL checklist and operational arrangements documents validate crucial safety and operational checks in real time. All to ensure a optimised and streamlined workflow. With UAB-Online, Sea Tank 700B strengthens its position as a leader in digitised maritime operations, setting a new benchmark for efficiency and safety.
