Written by UAB-Online | 08 October 2024

Since October 1st, 2024,  Shell Europoort terminal integrated UAB-Online SaaS platform to further streamline and digitise its refinery operations for seagoing vessels. Already utilising UAB-Online’s software for barges, Shell Europoort now adopted the platform for its seagoing vessels. Within the platform, the terminal will use the digital SSSCL checklist, which is part of the ISGOTT 6. But also the operational arrangements module, this handles digitally all pre operational arrangements to improve the efficiency, safety, and coordination of its operations.

By integrating these modules, Shell Europoort aims to modernise its pre-arrival and operational processes, providing a more seamless interaction between the terminal and vessels. This innovation is part of the terminal’s commitment to adopting digital solutions that improve the quality of operations while upholding high standards of safety and sustainability.
