Why it matters
Signing a requested document no longer means printing it, signing on paper and scanning it back in. It is faster and leaves a clean digital trail.

WHAT'S NEW
One streamlined view
From the Document section, convert a requested document (one that a non-terminal party uploaded for you) into a digital signing document in one single action.
That action creates the signing request with you as the signer and opens Signhost right away.
Once you have signed, the document is marked "Signed" and the requester receives the signed result.
This is a terminal action: only the terminal the document was requested from can convert and sign it digitally.

Reject a request to sign a document
Sometimes you receive a document you do not agree with, for example a Letter of Protest. Instead of leaving the request hanging, you can respond clearly so the other party knows where they stand.
A "Reject" action, with a confirmation step, lets you reject the request to sign the document. You may also leave the reason for rejection.
The document is then marked "Rejected" and the party that requested it is notified by email with that explanation.

You can reject only while the request is still open, and only if the document was requested from you.
