Document sharing: visibility & management

As a next step in our broader Document Sharing improvements, we’ve enhanced the visibility and management of shared documents.
As from January 20, 2026 this will be implemented in the UAB-Online application.

What’s new?

• Clear insight for all users:
Users can now see which documents are shared with them and which stakeholders have access to a document.

• More control for document owners:
Owners can add or remove stakeholders even after a document has been uploaded.

• Improved document details:
A new “Shared with” section on the document detail page clearly shows document permissions.

Result
Document permissions are now transparent and manageable, reducing confusion and improving collaboration for all stakeholders.

Traders can now be informed when a signing request is completed.
 
We have made it possible to inform traders after  documents have been signed by the terminal.

After the process is finished, the document will be send to the trader automatically.
 
Below image shows you what this will look like for all parties involved and which action you wish for the application to take.
