Statement of Facts – Enriched with External Data (Selected Terminals Only)

For terminals that have both API integration and the Planning Overview enabled, the Statement of Facts can now be enriched with events and timestamps from external tools such as Dropboard. This provides a complete and chronological overview of all relevant events during a visit – from pre-arrival to departure.

External timestamps are visible but cannot be edited within UAB, while internally generated UAB events can be modified after departure. This ensures that terminals and invited stakeholders always have a reliable, comprehensive view of operational activities.

Traders can now be informed when a signing request is completed.

We have made it possible to inform traders after documents have been signed by the terminal.

After the process is finished, the document will be send to the trader automatically.
