Internal Documents (Selected Terminals Only)

Terminals with the optional Internal Documents feature can now upload sensitive or confidential documents in the online dossier that are only visible to internal users. This allows terminals to store internal notes, security assessments, compliance documents, and other confidential files within UAB without sharing them with external stakeholders.

Internal documents are clearly labeled and grouped in the file list, ensuring easy identification and management.
Only terminals who have opted for this feature can access it, making it a secure and controlled way to consolidate all relevant internal files in one place.

Traders can now be informed when a signing request is completed.

We have made it possible to inform traders after documents have been signed by the terminal.

After the process is finished, the document will be send to the trader automatically.
