As per May 28th, we have made a change for terminal administrators to manage which related parties can be connected for their terminal.
Under Settings you will now also see the block "Related Parties".
This will take you to a list of all related parties that can be connected.
These are by default Shipping agencies and Surveyors. Traders and Facilities are upon request.

Here you decide for your terminal which related parties can be connected by yourself and your terminal users in each online dossier.
The way of working for connecting the related parties within the online dossier has not been changed.

Traders can now be informed when a signing request is completed.
We have made it possible to inform traders after documents have been signed by the terminal.
After the process is finished, the document will be send to the trader automatically.
Below image shows you what this will look like for all parties involved and which action you wish for the application to take.
