This update replaces the previous free-text “Operator” input with a structured selector, improving consistency and enabling better automation of dossier participation.

Users can now select one or multiple shipping companies directly within the announcement form. When the form is submitted, the selected shipping companies are automatically added as dossier participants.

To support operational reality, an “Other” option is available for shipping companies not registered in UAB. When selected, users can manually enter the company name.

To reduce repetitive data entry, selected shipping companies are stored in vessel master data and will be automatically pre-filled on future announcements for the same vessel.

Availability
This functionality is available in the application and will require configuration of the updated announcement forms before it becomes visible and available across all inland and sea announcement forms. This will be done by our team.
