Enhancements to the digital Notice of Readiness (NoR)

We’re excited to announce further refinements to the digital Notice of Readiness (NoR) system on our platform. These improvements, developed in collaboration with the Think Tank—including agency representatives—are fully aligned with VOTOB regulations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

This enhanced system streamlines communication between vessels and stakeholders, offering improved reliability and a seamless user experience.

Key Updates in the digital NoR:

New Timestamp Process: The NoR timestamp now appears as “NoR Issued to UAB” instead of the UAB system timestamp, providing greater clarity.
Retroactive Adjustments: Ships or agents can now retroactively adjust the NoR tendered time by up to 48 hours, ensuring accurate reporting and flexibility.

Traders can now be informed when a signing request is completed.

We have made it possible to inform traders after documents have been signed by the terminal.

After the process is finished, the document will be send to the trader automatically.
