Outstanding tasks

We’ve introduced a new way for terminal users to quickly identify and act on outstanding tasks.

On the Announcement Overview page, each vessel visit now displays a badge indicating the number of outstanding actions that require attention.
This helps users immediately see which dossiers need action, without having to open them individually.

Outstanding actions include items such as:

Document upload requests
Signing requests
Pre-arrival detail confirmations
Notice of Readiness (NoR) acceptance
Order changes via API

The badge count is dynamically updated:

When an action is completed, the count decreases accordingly
Once all actions are completed, the badge is no longer shown

This improvement provides better visibility and helps ensure that important tasks are handled in a timely manner.

Traders can now be informed when a signing request is completed.

We have made it possible to inform traders after documents have been signed by the terminal.

After the process is finished, the document will be send to the trader automatically.

Below image shows you what this will look like for all parties involved and which action you wish for the application to take.
