Sending documents to multiple connecties parties

As from February 2025 a new feature has been added to the application.

As a terminal user it is now possible to upload multiple documents to the online dossier.

There are 3 scenarios to consider.

Scenario 1: Sharing multiple documents with multiple recipients. These will simply receive documents and don't have to perform a follow up action.
See below screenshot as an example.

Scenario 2: Sharing multiple documents with a single recipient, and with a follow up action.
See below screenshot as an example.

Scenario 3: Initiating an online signing request, with a single document. Recipients are selected on the next page.

Traders can now be informed when a signing request is completed.

We have made it possible to inform traders after documents have been signed by the terminal.

After the process is finished, the document will be send to the trader automatically.

Below image shows you what this will look like for all parties involved and which action you wish for the application to take.
